He had raced for a long time before F3000, but is better known as a stuntman and actor, with a string of Hollywood movies and British TV shows to his credit, going back for almost 40 years, although Val personally finished doing stunts himself in 2004. He runs his own stunt company. Although he has appeared in some of the most popular British TV series as a stuntman, he also has some notable film roles, including as Napier Hood in the 1989 film version of Batman and also appeared in Minder. Musetti was actually a judo champion first though, becoming British Junior judo champion in 1958 and became a black belt in 1960. Despite many years living in Britain, Val now lives back in Tuscany, where he was born.
