Ran his own business, Rapid Man Ltd., which was a driver management/sponsorship company. That business dissolved in 2016, but Justin has kept the Rapid name in other businesses, including a self-storage company and a property management business. Keen started racing in early 1992 in Formula Vauxhall after a spell at the Jim Russell racing school. He won that year's Championship ahead of the likes of Jan Magnussen and James Thompson, before spells in both British and American Formula Ford. Justin then had a bit of a stop-start few years, not helped by injury, before revitalising his career again by competing in Formula Palmer Audi, which helped lead to his Formula 3000 spell. Keen then raced in sportscars for a few years, with a very brief foray in British touring cars, before retiring.
