After Formula 3000, Phil has had highs and lows. A good spell in the EuroBOSS series in 2002 led to a British Touring Car Championship drive. Andrews as in endurance racing and the Ferrari Trofeo Challenge series but is now retired, and works as a race driving instructor and racing coach, although he does still have the odd one-off event in Ferrari based series and occasionally appears in historics as well. For a long time now, he has been running his own motorsports event and promotion company which sees him drive for films and television as well as his instructing roles. Andrews is also a fully qualified pilot.
