Appeared mostly at Ferrari reunions in his later life and still had business interests in the textile, watch and car worlds. He was one of the distributors of the Fruit of the Loom clothing brand. Nanni also bought and restored his old Tecno Formula 1 car and drove that and other machinery in historic events. Galli - full name Giovanni - was a race winner in sportscars and touring cars, the former of which he will be best remembered for career-wise. After retiring in 1974, Galli got involved with his family firm but returned to the sport as a sponsor for both Williams and Benetton in the 1980's.
