Business associate with Leyton House, where he worked as an export director, before becoming an advisor and translator to the businessmen who took over the March team. He became marketing director before taking the team over briefly after Leyton House's financial difficulties. Now back living in England, in Suffolk, where he is involved in education, and until his retirement in 2018, was headmaster of a school, Morland Church of England Primary School in Ipswich. Marrable, however, is still in the teaching profession in Suffolk. A former cosmetic salesman, he cycles a lot in his spare time, including cross-country cycling in America. Marrable was formerly head teacher at Somersham Primary School, also in Suffolk, and turned around their fortunes from a failing school to becoming one of the top 10% primary schools in the country. Marrable was originally a teacher before moving into the exporting industry.
