For two seasons, Fallows was the Aston Martin technical director. He started his motor sport career with Lola Cars in 1997, before joining Jaguar in 2002 working in aerodynamics in both cases. After a brief spell at Dallara, Dan joined Red Bull in another aerodynamic role until 2021, when he joined Aston Martin in a wider technical role. In 2023, he replaced Andrew Green in the main role but left the F1 team in 2024 when replaced by Enrico Cardile. However he is still working in the technical department for Aston Martin's road car concern.
