Now lives in Wiltshire. No longer has active links with the sport and runs a organic granola business called Angry Squirrel. Started off as a driver, before joining the Hesketh team as team manager. In more recent years he has rejoined old friend Robin Herd in his recycling engineering project. Also has a home in St. Tropez, France. Horsley was a used car dealer as well as a racing driver, before hooking up with his long-time friend Alexander Hesketh, who had previously sponsored Horsley's racing attempts to properly give James Hunt a chance of a Formula 1 future by setting up a Formula 3 team. Horsley also worked for a while as an actor in television commercials, as a model and as sales manager for Hugh Powell when the American bought the Scirocco outfit.
