Made a career for himself in America, with four years each in Indy Cars and Indy Pro. Still lives in the US, but no longer racing, bar a brief motorcycling comeback in 2016. His notable win, however, was arguably in Britain and their Formula 3000 series, winning at Brands Hatch in 1990. Initially a motorcyclist for some years in his homeland, he moved to British Formula 3 but his time there was best remembered for a fight in the pitlane with rival Bertrand Gachot and WSR boss Dick Bennetts. Greco had the funds to move up to Formula 1 in 1990 with EuroBrun but his superlicence request was rejected due to his lack of tangible results in lower formulae. Greco finished his career as a team owner/driver before retiring in 1999.
