South American Formula Ford stalwart, who progressed from karts in the late 1980's. After a brief and disappointing Formula 3000 career, de Andrade had been little heard of, until a surprise return to the tracks in Porsche GT's in his homeland in 2010. He then followed this up by racing in off-road events for a few years. However, he is no longer racing and now works on a number of business projects. Alexandre also raced in Formula Chevrolet and Formula Vauxhall Lotus in his career.
