Car owner and businessman, who raced in sportscars as well as single seaters. Meier was a regular in Formula Super Vee in the early 1970's, appearing in Tiga-Hammerschmid or Hawke L2A cars. Meier dovetailed his driving in single-seaters with a regular drive in the Alfa Romeo Alfasud European Cup, with a best finish of 3rd in the series in 1981. Hans also took up an Interserie drive in 1979 and appeared in the Renault 5 Turbo Eurocup in 1981 before moving away from the sport at the end of that season.
