Amateur driver who mainly raced within Austria. Came close to starting his home Grand Prix in 1975 with Surtees, but lack of promised funds then materialising scuppered the plan. Died in an accident. Boisitz started racing in the 1960's, competing in touring cars. He had a brief spell in the European Touring Car Championship in 1969, competing in an Austin Mini Cooper at the Aspern race in Austria that year.
