Involved in the early days of Ron Dennis' team management career, with the Rondel team. Bruno's Formula 2 career never really made a great impression, but he was good in Formula 3. Also drove in sportscars. Later ran a carpentry business, but was still linked to the sport as he sponsored and assisted Alex Fontana, a family friend, in his racing efforts. Pescia started racing in a Mini Cooper in his homeland before moving to Italy - and Italian Formula Ford - in 1970. Pescia was also the first ever driver to race a Dallara car in 1972. Bruno was lined up to race a McLaren M23 in 1973 by countryman Georges Filipinetti for his privateer F1 team, but Filipinetti died before the deal could be progressed. Bruno died after suffering a stroke in 2025.
