Raced in Formula 3 and then Formula 2 for a while, but never really with all that much success. Korda appeared in both a March 712M and a March 722, linked to the Jolly Club of Switzerland and the Formel Rennsport Club, although Peter himself owned the latter car. In European Formula 3, he appeared in a Brabham BT21 and a Tecno-Ford. Korda was a race winner in Italian Formula 3, but actually started his career in the mid-1960's, racing a Porsche Carrera in sportscar racing. Korda is listed as being from Zurich and Saint Ursanne. Korda also owned a 1961 Ferrari California Spyder car which he used to compete in hillclimbing and later sold it to fellow racing driver David Piper. Korda started racing motorcycles in 1959, including in motorcross, before moving to four wheels in the mid 1960's.
