Still in racing, but largely in historics now, after a long endurance career. He also runs a racing team in his native land. He has two sons in racing and Bernard himself has both property interests in Malta and restoring historic cars to occupy him when not racing. After his single-seater career finished, he raced in touring cars and sportscars. Bernard also raced in the Aurora F1 series after his graduation from Formula 2.
