Mostly based in the USA, Didier has had a very successful endurance career, winning the 2002 Grand-Am title. Now retired from driving (stopping in 1998) and is a consultant and driver coach. Didier also won the 1986 North American Super Vee title, and followed that up one year later with the American Racing Series crown. He also won the 1998 and 2002 Daytona 24 Hours race and the 1998 Sebring 12 Hours event as well as the 1987 Spa 24 Hour race. As well as all this, he raced in Britain and his homeland in lower formulae, winning the 1979 Belgian Formula Ford 1600 series. As well as endurance races, Didier also raced in touring cars.
