Marc was based in America for some while, either in the IMSA US Sportscar Series, or previously, in Grand-Am or the American Le Mans Series. As well as sportscars, Marc has also appeared in the Belcar championship and even made a brief appearance in NASCAR in 2006. Marc was both the Formula Ford Festival and British Formula Ford Champion back in 1991. Whilst racing in single-seaters, he also spent some time in Japan. In 2017, Marc raced in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series and he continues that in 2024. He is now also a team owner and manager in the Porsche Carrera Cup Benelux series.
