Formula 3000 Champion in his first and only season, Jorg was - unjustly - the first Formula 3000 champion unable to make to Formula 1. He spent four seasons, on and off as a F1 test driver but then went into the ALMS series full time, winning the GT championship in 2001. Was a top touring car driver for many years, but then went into sportscars, including Super GT in Japan, in which he remained in 2016, and notable endurance events, including the Dubai 24 Hours. In 2021, he competed in the NLS endurance series which he continues in 2022. Muller, who lives in Monte Carlo, is the son of former karting champion Ewald Muller.
