Now a consultant for Magneti Marelli and also works for Fondmetal Technologies. Went to Alfa Romeo after Osella and then to Ferrari, where he worked for over 20 years, latterly in the Research and Development departments there, but also worked as head track engineer. Now performs a similiar role in the R & D department at Fondmetal. Prior to Formula 1, Ignazio worked as a race engineer in Formula 3 and Formula 2.
