Pavanello enjoyed the most success as a constructor in Formula 3 under the Euroracing banner - Piercarlo Ghinzani won the 1977 Italian F3 title and then in 1980 and 1981, Michele Alboreto and Mauro Baldi won the European F3 title in Euroracing cars, albeit in March chassis. There then followed a spate of attempts in Formula 1 and Formula 3000, all without much ultimate success. Pavanello initially was a tractor repair mechanic before getting into motor racing.
