Now an experienced GT racer, after many years in the Porsche Supercup. After a brief hiatus in touring cars, he was back in sportscars and the ELMS and now the Blancpain Endurance Series, which he continued in 2017, but specifically in the Blancpain GT Sports Club discipline. In 2018, Gosselin moved to the GT4 European Series and in 2019, returned to Blancpain. For a while now he has been in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo series. Claude-Yves raced for his own team in Formula 3000 as he was unable to progress otherwise, finding funding difficult as he was in his mid-30's, but also because he didn't come from a single-seater background. Gosselin is also a businessman and runs a number of businesses in Carpiquet, which is near his birthplace of Caen.
