Raced on in endurance racing and then quit racing. Now a racing instructor, mostly to young French karters. A graduate of French Formula Renault and French Formula 3 (both of which saw Leboissetier as a regular points scorer; and in 1992 a winner in the latter), Nicolas took some points in his first season in the category but a difficult 1994 led to an eventual move to sportscars. As well as being a racing instructor, Nicolas is a joint managing director of Rivage Promotions, which is a sporting promotion business.
