Now works as a spotter for in NASCAR, and has worked with Dale Earnhardt Jr and Jimmie Johnson. He has worked with Christopher Bell, John Hunter Nemechek, Aric Almirola, Ryan Preece and Paul Menard, the latter of which he previously also worked with at Dale Earnhardt Inc and has experience in NASCAR trucks as a spotter. Continued to race sprint cars until quite recently. Prior to appearing in the IRL, Reeves raced in short-track and midget racing, before five seasons in the NASCAR Busch Series. In 2024, Reeves was inducted into the National Midget Hall of Fame.
