Raced in Indycar for one race in 2021. Initially started in motocross in 2010, before switching to cars in 2014 by competing in the Skip Barber Winter Series. He became one to watch after winning the Formula Atlantic series in 2016 with former Champ Car racer Tonis Kasemets as his driver coach. Norman then raced in Indy Lights between 2018 and 2019, but despite wins at Madison and Road America, and finishing every single one of his 51 races in the series, he had to veer off the ladder somewhat and moved to the Michelin Pilot series. In 2020, he became the IMSA Michelin Pilot TCR champion which helped re-raise awareness of his abilities. In 2022, Norman returned to the IMSA Michelin Pilot series. In 2024, he moved into the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Series.
