Now living in California. A Formula Atlantic stalwart, he raced for aeons. Now runs a fire equipment business. Joe started racing in the early 1970's, progressing to Formula Atlantic. He raced in various divisions of the series for an amazing twenty-four years, with only a few forays into sportscars inbetween. In 1989, he came second in the SCCA Toyota Atlantic Championship - Pacific Division and ten years later, he came third in the Formula Toyota Atlantic - Class 2 Series. Joe continued racing until 2010, racing in various GT series.
