Real name Elliot Arnold Rouff, Tony was a fine driver in a number of series, with nearly 20 wins in his career - Formula Atlantic being one of his more successful series. He also raced in sports cars, but he ran his own team during his racing career. However, he is best known for his work in insurance and finance, which he has done for some near 35 years now. Still lives in California, where he is a financial services advisor and consultant.
