Drove on competitively for some years. Tom now works as a university and college teaching assistant and is also track manager, track safety consultant and racing instructor of the Autobahn Country Club, in Joliet, Illinois, which combines a road-race track for performance driving along with normal country club facilities. Bagley had a long and varied career, which included Can-Am, IMSA GT and Formula Atlantic. After racing retirement, and before joining the Autobahn CC in 2004, Bagley worked for PPG Industries. Bagley started late in the sport, not taking up the sport full-time until he was in his late twenties. He particularly impressed in Formula Ford and Super Vee and also raced in Trans-Am and Formula Atlantic.
