Son of a British police officer, hence his very un-like Swedish name, Dickens is best remembered for his sportscar prowess and won Le Mans in 1989. Later became a sportscar team boss, and in 2010, even returned to racing, in Swedish GT's. Stanley initially trained as a graphic designer, but is now a consultant for both racing and media, whilst he also has links with the PR world. In 2018, he became a team manager of a GT team, SPV. Dickens was also the Japanese Sportscar Champion in 1988 and 1989. His paternal family are descended from the writer Charles Dickens.
