Midget legend who was Roger Penske's boyhood hero and a source of inspiration for Penske for many years. Perhaps the greatest midget driver of them all, he took a colossal 142 wins in 4 years and even won, in the same day, three different races at three different tracks in Ohio! Fought in World War Two, and then worked for a firearms company in Pennsylvania after retiring from racing. Amongst Pratt's titles were the Kansas City Indoor title in 1940 and the AAA Ohio/Michigan Midget title in 1948 and 1949.
