Midget and stock car ace, whose Champ Car career didn't hit the same heights. Arnold, however, was good enough to be inducted into the New England Auto Racing Hall of Fame in 2010. He achieved this for his results in midget racing in the 1950's and 1960's, with wins in NASCAR, NEMA, ARDC and USAC Midget Championships as well as the URC Sprint Cars and the Three Quarter Midgets. Arnold started in stock cars, however, before moving to midgets in the early 1950's. Chuck later served as an USAC racing official.
