Team principal of Hispania until 2011. Former team manager of Jordan, and stayed with the team through their many changes, including Force India. A qualified dentist, he is also a sportscar team boss, of the ByKolles team, which he continues in the World Endurance Championship, as well as the Vanwall hypercar project, but also runs his own design company. Kolles has been linked to a return to Formula 1 team management and acted as advisor to Caterham for a short period in 2014.
