Obscure entrant for the 1931 Indianapolis 500, of whom relatively little is known. Reeder was based in Indianapolis for over ten years and later lived in nearby Anderson, Indiana. He served in the United States Army during World War One. Reeder was a qualified mechanical engineer who also worked as an automobile salesman. All that is known of Reeder's racing career is that he entered his own Cooper-Lycoming car and then failed to qualify it. The first C, incidentally, stands for Cecil.
