Now retired from racing after spells in EuroBoss, sportscars and motorcross. A businessman, he is now based in both Florida and Surrey, England. He ran a racing promotion firm and more recently has been involved in engineering businesses. His real first name is David. Stirling still keeps links to the sport as he is a member of the British Racing Drivers Club. As a racer, Robbie raced in sportscars, British touring cars, the British Formula 3000 and Formula 2 series as well as a brief spell in interserie racing. Despite finishing his main racing career in 2004, Robbie returned to race at a few Continental Tire Sports Car challenge races in 2013.
