Still alive and now runs a business restoring and then selling classic cars, which he has been involved in for some years now. 1985 Can-Am Champion, he also raced motocross and was formerly an alpine ski-ier before he suffered a knee injury which ended his career. He raced sportscars for some while and took up a job in real estate in Denver to try and pay for racing. Buoyed by his Can-Am performance, Rick gave racing in CART a go for a couple of years but a couple of big crashes ended his time in the category.
