Raced briefly in Indy Pro, the American Le Mans Series, Le Mans and touring cars in Denmark after Formula 3000. Retired shortly after that in 2003, and has since been a long-time resident in the UK. Kristian currently lives near Warrington in Cheshire, where he runs a glass screen design, supply and installation business. Kolby was a winner in British Formula 3 and Indy Lights and won the 1996 British Formula Ford title, beating Mark Webber to the crown. Full name is Kristian Kolby Hansen.
