Best known as a super-modified racing driver, with twenty years' experience in the category. Until recently, he spent nearly thirty years in managing steel distribution centres, but now runs Junk King, which is a junk removal and recycling service in Denver, Colorado. Paul won in stock cars and then also competed in the USAC Silver Crown Series in the early 1990's. He did very well to qualify in the 1996 Indianapolis 500 as he was competing in a car that was four years old, the oldest car in the race.
