Owner of the Midland group, a firm which have interests in hotels (including the Trump Tower and Hotel in Toronto), shipping, industry and many more projects. Born in Russia, moved to Israel when he was four and now lives in Toronto, Canada, where he also has citizenship, having moved there when he was thirteen. Sold up F1 outfit in 2006 to Spyker. He also had ownership for some years in Israeli football club Maccabi Tel Aviv and has other business interests, most notably in real estate and property investment. He also is part of Canada's social functions set and is invovled in numerous charity events in Canada, especially Jewish related functions.
