After a few years racing in Super Taikyu, after aeons competing in the Super GT series, Takuya is now a team boss in the discipline. Also a car tester. One of three racing sons of Motoharu Kurosawa, Takuya used the family links to progress in his homeland, racing in both Japanese Formula 3 and Formula 3000, before moving into GT's. After gaining enough sponsorship, Takuya moved to the United States in 2000 to attempt a half-season in CART before his money ran out. Takuya is, like his father was before him, an occasional TV presenter and broadcaster.
