Kansas based sprint and midget driver who achieved some success in that field locally. Stayed linked with the sport for a while, up to the 1950's. Also based in Ohio for a while. Wilson was also credited as Robert Wilson, so to differentiate from the Bob Wilson who raced in the early-mid 1910's. In 1935, Wilson attempted to qualify a Phillips 66 Hudson car, but wasn't quick enough to make the starting line up.
